We have a new intern at REACH-A-Child. Joanna Pauline Millado Martinez will serve as our Summer Program and Outreach Intern!

Joanna will be a senior at UW — Madison, studying Human Development and Family Studies with a Certificate in Gerontology. Joanna is originally from Manila, Philippines, and lived in Canada before moving to Madison 12 years ago.

At UW — Madison, Joanna works as a House Fellow for the Residence Halls and will continue this role throughout summer and into the 2018-2019 school year. She also serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Director for the Wisconsin Alumni Student Board. Joanna enjoys spending time in nature, with friends and family, and reading. Her passions include traveling, learning new languages, laughing and smiling!

Joanna volunteered with us in high school and reconnected with us recently. Welcome back, Joanna. We’re so glad you’re here!
