Oshkosh Police Department Receive REACH BAGs and Additional Books

On February 15, we provided REACH-A-Child Advisory Council member Officer Kate Mann with an additional supply of children’s books.  Officer Mann and her colleagues within the Oshkosh Police Department do an amazing job of engaging children in the community, and many times those engagements include using the power of a book.
